Q1. When and how did you discover your passion for fitness ?

When I was 6 I went to my first gymnastic class but for that age it was just a fun activity for me and year by year by convincing my parents, I continued it as a main sport in my way. Even though I got distracted and wanted to go playing with other children my age, my parents always brought me back on track.

Q2. Tell us more about your love for Pilates ?

After many years I tried other sports such as Body pump, Body combat, Running and Swimming but during one of my exercises, I felt severe pain in my back and after that the doctor informed me that I had to rest. I remember that time and for me it was the toughest phase of my life since I had always been active and athletic and then suddenly I was forced to sit still and do nothing.

Q3. What is your fitness mantra ?

After this injury I had learnt that Pilates can help me recover from my injury. It completely eradicated all my pain and after 2-3 months more of practicising, I decided to become a professional in Pilates so I showed initiative, learnt as much as I could from my instructor and got my certificate as a Pilates teacher.

Q4. How has your transition been from Iran to Dubai ?

Year after year, the situation in Iran keeps worsening for those people who want to improve and that is why many talented people have now left and found themselves in other places that have better opportunities to develop as professionals in their respective fields.

Q5. You are currently hosting online classes, personal sessions and group classes, What’s next in your journey as a fitness expert ?

I think that for me Dubai is the best place to improve my skills and it is also the best location for the all those people who are athletic and passionate about sports. According to me, coming to Dubai means that you get access to many quality opportunities to join professional-level classes and courses in order to improve the quality of your skills and master your specific field. I would like to expand my website to start offering international online classes which include all kinds of workouts and sports that people are looking to enroll in and explore. Further, I would also like to start my own large scale studio in Dubai to bring together all my people and I want pilates gain more popularity among the public because I find it concerning that there are still many people out there who are unaware of how Pilates can change their lives.

Q6. Any new fitness techniques that you have come across recently and would like to share with our readers ?

When I first came to Dubai, I registered my courses an extremely popular Pilates center and for me that is the most important course to have taken for Pilates.

Q7. What is the one thing that you like the most about Dubai ?

What I love the most about Dubai is probably the kind of people who live in Dubai since most of them are young and passionate towards their careers, it infuses a certain kind of energy into the City that I just haven’t found in other places.
