Dubai shone brightly as Dubaiites Magazine hosted the Dubaiites Food & Nightlife Awards 2025, a spectacular celebration honoring the city’s exceptional talent in dining, drinks, and nightlife. The glamorous evening, presented by Al Huzaifa, brought together leading figures who continue to shape Dubai’s global lifestyle appeal.
The event, hosted with charm and wit by Sukhmani Sadana, featured captivating entertainment, including a live violinist and a renowned Italian singer. A highlight was the mesmerizing performance by Artist of the Year, Shweta Subram, whose breathtaking vocals earned a standing ovation.
The awards recognized a diverse range of establishments, from rising stars like Kurasu (Newcomer of the Year – Coffee Shop) and beloved spots like Alchemy (Café of the Year) and Hampstead Bakery & Cafe (Bakery of the Year) to nightlife leaders such as Amelia, which swept Restaurant of the Year – Japanese and High Energy Bar of the Year, and venues like Treehouse at Taj Dubai and Nonya at Taj JLT for their rooftop and cocktail experiences.
Industry leaders and trendsetters were also celebrated, with VTR Hospitality named Hospitality Group of the Year and veterans Ashok Kapur and Vibhash Trivedi lauded for their impact. Saurabh Tiwari (Hospitality Icon of the Year) and James Burton of Sunset Hospitality (Restaurateur of the Year) were recognized for their vision in shaping Dubai’s culinary and social scene.
