Pop stars, sports champions and models were among the familiar names spotted at Yas Marina Circuit during the Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix weekend.

From visiting the paddocks, team villas and hospitality areas to watching qualifying sessions or meeting fans, their presence showed why the season-deciding race in the UAE capital remains a celebrity hotspot.

Katy Perry

The US popstar, who headlined Sunday’s after-race concert at Etihad Park, toured the McLaren team garage as part of a quiet visit on Saturday evening. She met crew members and posed for photos before watching the qualifying action as a guest of the papaya-coloured team.
Terry Crews and Ronaldinho

US actor and television host Terry Crews and former Brazilian footballer Ronaldinho were seen in the paddock on Sunday. Crews, known for Brooklyn Nine-Nine and America’s Got Talent, and Ronaldinho, the former Barcelona and Brazil forward, came to the circuit with a few minutes to spare before the race.
Jannik Sinner and Danish model Laila Hasanovic

Tennis star Jannik Sinner and Danish model Laila Hasanovic were spotted at the track on Sunday morning. It has been a strong year for Sinner, having defended his Australian Open title in January, followed by Wimbledon in July, becoming the first Italian to win that title, and closing the season by claiming the ATP Finals in Turin in November.
Sachin Tendulkar

The legendary former India batsman, a well-known connoisseur of motorsports, arrived at the Yas Marina Circuit just minutes before the start of the final race of the 2025 season. Tendulkar, whose appearances always draw significant attention, was seen interacting with team principals and fellow celebrities as the grid prepared for the momentous event where Lando Norris clinched the World Championship. His attendance underscores the immense global appeal of Formula 1, bridging the gap between cricket and motorsport fans worldwide.
Bernie Ecclestone

The former Formula One chief executive has been a regular visitor to Yas Marina Circuitsince relinquishing control of the competition to US company Liberty Media in 2017. He was spotted reuniting with figures from across the sport.
Gordon Ramsay

While also being an avid F1 fan, the British chef and television personality returned to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix after visiting the preceding race in Doha last week. His trip was partly work, with his company providing fine-dining catering for F1’s premium lounges, and partly personal. Ramsay also used the brief UAE visit to stop by Dubai to celebrate the 10th anniversary of his retaurant, Bread Street Kitchen, at Atlantis, The Palm.
Ana de Armas
The Cuban–Spanish actor, known for her roles in Knives Out and Blonde, visited the Williams and Ferrari team garages. At Ferrari, she was given a personal tour by driver Lewis Hamilton, who showed her the various equipment that makes up a Formula one car.

The US model and actor, known for her roles in Gone Girl, I Feel Pretty and We Are Your Friends, was spotted in the paddock during the weekend. She stopped to pose at the Glambot, the high-speed robotic camera made popular at major Hollywood award shows and brought exclusively to the Abu Dhabi F1.
Yasmine Sabri
The Egyptian actress, who starred in this year’s Project X alongside Karim Abdel Aziz, was invited by the Red Bull Racing team for a visit to the garage.
Micah Richards and Thierry Henry

Former Premier League champions-turned-popular broadcasters Micah Richards and Thierry Henry took in the atmosphere before the 5pm race. Richards, a former England defender, and Henry, the retired French football great, visited hospitality zones as they worked their way through the circuit.
Alexandra Saint Mleux

The French model, who got recently engaged to Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc, was spotted in the paddock and hospitality areas across the weekend. With more than three million followers, Saint Mleux’s Instagram account offers an insight into the glamour of the sport, with photos documenting her travels across the Formula One season.
Sam Ryder

The British singer, known for his Eurovision hit Space Man, paid a visit to the Red Bull team’s garage ahead of qualifying on Saturday.
