1. Check Out Dubai’s Snowing Street

Only on December 3rd, 2023, Dubai’s own Raining street will transform into a snowing street with rooftop sprinklers exchanging water droplets with snowflakes to create a European style Winter Wonderland at the Cote D’Azur Monaco Hotel only 30 minutes away from Dubai.

2. Witness the Fireworks Extravaganza

As the sun sets on the National Day, the skies above Dubai come alive with a mesmerizing fireworks display. Catch the breathtaking spectacle from iconic vantage points like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, or Jumeirah Beach.

3. Catch Becky Hill and DJ MK’s performance at Dubai Rugby 7

Becky Hill and MK are performing at the Dubai Rugby 7s on Saturday December 2. Fans will hear Hill’s dance-pop hits such as Lose Control and Crazy What Love Can Do and DJ MK will ignite the stage on the same night with hits such as Back & Forth, One Night and Burning.

4. Attend the UAE Reimagined Exhibition at Nakheel Mall

To mark the celebration of the UAE’s National Day, Nakheel Mall is partnering with Future Bedouin, a leading digital art and marketing studio, to host an exhibition with AI-generated artworks that pay homage to the UAE’s proud history. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the convergence of art and technology, as iconic landmarks are reimagined at this free exhibit.

5. Celebrate National Day with an Authentic Emirati Tea at Atlantis the Royal

Experience the Royal Tearoom in Atlantis The Royal during the long weekend and treat yourself to a diverse array of Arabic pastries, featuring delights like luqaimat—crispy fried dumplings paired with Emirati date syrup. Delight in spongy sago infused with cardamom, toasted coconut, and adorned with gold leaf, alongside the traditional khanfaroosh drizzled in delicious local mountain honey!

6. A Free Play Session At Gymboree

Gymboree at Springs Souk Dubai is inviting kiddos to play for free on Friday December 1 and Saturday December 2 for National Day weekend. So pick up the kids and head on over to the Springs Souk centre, the newest Gymboree in Dubai. Ages – 0 to 6 years old.

7. Attend the Concert at Etihad Arena

Start the National Day celebrations at a concert by three Emirati stars at Etihad Arena on Friday. The line-up includes Hussain Al Jassmi, judge of The X Factor Arabia and the artist responsible for hits such as Boshret Kheir and Bab Rizq. Joining him on stage will be singer Balqees and singer-actress Ahlam.

8. Book a Staycation near Dubai to relax this National Day

Book a staycation at any of the Yas Hotels and avail the Stay and Play offer. This includes free breakfast at selected hotels and access to Yas Island attractions (one or three, depending on the package booked), including Ferrari World, Yas Water World, Warner Bros World and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi. Guests can catch the fireworks display at Yas Bay Waterfront on December 2 at 9pm!
